Please help us find our foster dog.

Where's Lucy?

Lucy after three weeks in the "wild" is back home with remarkably few signs of her ordeal.  She's maybe a pound light and we've removed ticks and put her on Advantix, and she needs a bath.  Other than that, she's completely fine.

Lucy is an eighteen month old Pembroke Welsh Corgi.  We were "fostering" her prior to placing her in a new home.  Lucy was here for all of a couple of hours before she ran away.  We're sure she's frightened and confused.  Lucy took off on Thursday May 31st, and is being spotted pretty regularly in the neighborhood.  We are actively looking for her, but she doesn't want to come in.

Lucy is wearing a purple harness and collar and tags from her prior owner.

Try to catch her if you can.  Call us as soon as you see her so we can come help.

Lucy's previous owner came to see if she'll come to her.  New fliers will go out at lunch time.

Lucy Disappeared

Lucy looks very similar to this dog.  She's about 10" high at her back and about 20" long.  She has less tan than this picture.

Our friends, the Bretons, cannot be thanked enough for their efforts in finding Lucy.  We honestly can't say enough.  They spear-headed this operation.  Tom, Trish and the boys put in countless hours searching and following up leads.  Without them we would have likely called off our honeymoon.
